I am trying to get updates for Outlook 2000 .. I get to the Upgrades and get
a message that the office update installer engine has a problem because I
have it running in more than one browser .. DUH .. I have several IE 6
browsers but don't know what has caused the mentioned error report. I have
tried each of the browsers and gotten the same message but can find no
information on how to specifically use one browser and eliminate the others
that are "running" .. HELP
