office 2000 user initial setup

Hi,

I have Office 2K installed as Administrator. Usually when
a user logon and start running one of the office
application, a setup window will start and run through.
After that it will work fine. But I am running into one
problem on a Windows 2k server. When a user login and
start using the MS office applications, same setup window
will popup, but it will give errors. After continuous
clicks on the OK buttons, the program then will run. The
next time the program is run though, that same thing will
repeat itself. How do I get rid of this annoying thing?
