Office 2000 - Word problem

I am using Office 2000 Professional on a computer with Windows 98SE.
Just recently everytime Word is opened, a dialog window comes up
asking for the registration information (name, initials, product key).
I type in the Product Key but it indicates it's invalid.

This only happens with Word. (Access, Excel, Publisher all work fine)
