office 2000

i have office professional 2000, i can not see any of the
tool bars in word all i get is office ready all other
applications work just fine tried to reload but no luck
any suggestions?

Well, for starters this is an Outlook newsgroup. You might want to post this on the Word newsgroup.

That said, here's something to try:

1) Right click the blank area where the toolbars should be.
2) In the list that appears, click the name of a toolbar you want to see.
3) Repeat as needed to display all of the appropriate toolbars.

Other ways to do this are from the View menu > Toolbars sub menu or View menu > Toolbars sub menu > Customize > Toolbars tab.

John : do this ...start..programs....look for starup...the office tool bar should be there, if not re-install office with detect and repair or from any open program in office undr help( detect and repair)
