I haven't been able to access my word for almost 2 wks
now. I uninstalled office 2000 in hopes that a re-install
would clear the problem. Now I'm getting an error message
when I try to install.
error 1317 An error occured while attempting to create the
directory: c:\programfiles\commonfiles\microsoft
shared\webserverextensions\40\bin
