Do you need any of the features of Office 2003? If Office 2000 is meeting
your needs, spending the money to upgrade seems pointless. My employer
upgraded all systems from 2000 to 2003, and most of the people I've talked
to agree that the change was a waste of resources. From my point of view,
there are hundreds of annoying differences but very few improvements.
