Office 2002 & 2003 upgrades

I installed Microsoft Office Standard 2002 and then I added Access 2002.
Question, will the Office 2003 Professional upgrade work with the setup I
have or do I have to purchase Office Standard 2003 upgrade then purchase
Access 2003 upgrade ? Thanks for any help.
