I can select the toolbar for display but its grayed out. I don't see any
speech option on tools menu???

Take a look in your Office XP Setup in Add/Remove Programs. Under
Office Shared Tools/Alternative User Input is Speech installed?

Are you sure you are using Office XP?

Help About in Excel/Outlook/Word reads Excel 2002 SP3 so I input Office 2002
