Office 2002 licence on Machine.. but view-only on XP OWC Component

My Guys have Office 2002 on there desktops, and OWC 10 is working only in
View Only mode...

What Gives ??? Hope this is a Quick and Easy one....

Office XP is Office 2002 correct ?

Many of my machines have the full blown XP Proffessional on there
workstations. But OWC is still in View-Only ....

Do I still need to provide a license.... even though Office XP Pro is
installed ??

office 2002? to my knowledge it's either office 2000, office xp or office
2003. that may be your problem

no you shouldn't. are you up to date on service packs for office?
can you paste the CLSID here for the owc control you are using
