When a user opens a file on the network with the Word or Excel installed on
the Citrix server and another person tries to open this file, then the second
user gets an information window that the file is currently locked and in use
by another user.
If a file has been opened with Word or Excel from the SAS Citrix servers,
then this informational message shows only the user account that has
installed the MSOffice package on that server as the locking user, so we
cannot track down the lock to the really locking user.
