Office 2002 SP3 Prob with W2K

I've inherited a pc with W98SE and Office2002 SP=3 installed. I upgraded to
W2K and now have issues with Office. Cannot open Office programs by dblclk
on files. When open programs get installer and "need Office 2002 cd rom".
Hit Cancel button twice and the programs open and can open and work on files
that way. Can't figure out how to eliminate the installer. Not a serious
problem, but very annoying. Any suggestions?

Thaniks for the input Carey, but it didn't solve the problem. I appreciate
the prompt response. Thanks again.
