Can you run Office 2007 PowerPoint with the Office 2003 small business edition?

Also, can you upgrade Office 2003 small business edition to the full Office
2007 Professional edition with the Upgrade package (not full install).

A full retail edition of 2007 will offer to replace/upgrade earlier
components that are installed

Office Powerpoint can be installed on its own if your earlier version of
Office doesnt include Powerpoint, if it does the old version can be replaced
