Office 2003 Activation-RSS

Hi..
I hv gt office 2003 Pro. And VLK for the same.
whenever i install office 2003 and use it, after some time it stops working-goes to reduced working mode.
For activation i go to "Help, Activate product" but nothing happens even after clicking it any number of time....
What shud i do.......
