Office 2003 addin wont load

okay this is just getting ridiculous now.
The addin loads on my dev machine fine

Im usng Visual Studio Pro 2005, NOT VSTO. Made an addin using extensibility
for Office 2003.

The addin decided to run on first install on test machine, after we reset
the vmware it just stopped loading.
have tried following.
1. No external assemblies (apart from .NET) so this cant be a cant find dll
issue.
2. installed the addin update for .NET (KB908002)
3. used Assembly Binding log viewer (nothing comes up so clearly the addin
is just not loading)
4. CHecked registry ->load behaviour always resets back to 2.. (should be
3)!!

Any ideas? i thought K908002 should have fixed this load issue but no luck..

Have you checked the code access security?

Your addin will probably need an entry either for the assembly or your
public key to allow the addin to run.
