Office 2003 and admin install

My company has subscription to the MS VL CD's.

I look on the Office 2003 Pro CD but I don't see a setup.exe on it??
All I see is xxxsetup.exe where xxx is wrd, xcl, or whatever.

Am I missing something here?

Your not missing anything. Basically Microsoft built the CD in such a way
to keep the media down to a minimum for the office productivity
applications. Basically you pick the way you want to license (e.g. Office
2003 Pro, Office 2003 Std, Word 2003, .etc) and you have an appropriate
setup file on the disc (e.g. setuppro.exe, setupstd.exe, setupwrd.exe,
..etc). There should be a readme or setup html document on the CD that
explains each "setup".

No, you understand the article. The problem is, the article wasn't written
with Microsoft Volume License CDs in mind. Your step #1 is "setuppro.exe
/a".
