office 2003 and vista ultimate

Possibly this is rare or my copy of office 2003 professional did not install
correctly. After installing 2003 and activating it now when I log on to Vista
the licence agreement for office always pops up, I answer "I agree" and it
goes away. In addition, when I open Word, Excel, or any office 2003
application the licence agreement pops up again where I once again answer "I
agree" and all is fine. I do not have sp2 installed but have sent off for a
copy. Am I on the right track or should I just re-install, or is this a known
problem with Vista and office 2003. Thanks.

Yes -- I'm having exactly the same problem. Vista Ultimate + Office
2003 Standard with SP2.

Hopefully someone has some thoughts and/or suggestions on how to get
this resolved.
