You can still run Office 2003 in Microsoft Windows Vista. Please take a look

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit with Office 2003, it's fully
supported in Vista and works fine as far as I can see.
NOTE: Only Office 2003 and Office 2007 are supported in Vista, earlier
versions may work or may not but are not supported.
