Office 2003 and XP Home Edition

Is it possible to load Outlook and Publisher from Office 2003 onto my laptop
that runs Office XP Home edition?

problem - my hard drive crashed so i commandeered my wifes laptop. She had
Pub but for some reason its gone... we didn't pay the extra 10 bucks for the
discs from Dell in defiance to "the Man" but i have my discs.

FYI: i know just enough o be dangerous! thanks!
