Office 2003 Appearance on Windows Vista

I have just upgraded from XPSP2 and Office XP to Vista and Office 2003. The
default colours for Office 2003 (Blue and Yellow) are really irritating.
Changing the appearance settings in Vista doesn't change the Office 2004
colours - does anyone know how to chnage Office 2003 apparenace on Windows
Vista?
