Office 2003 Beta 2: Is it possible to change theme/skin?

I like Windows XP's default blue theme, but I don't like how my Office
apps look when they're all blue. Very distracting. However, when I
switch the Windows XP appearance to SILVER, the Office apps look
silver, which is what I prefer.

Is it possible to use the Windows XP Blue theme and have Office apps
use the silver theme?
