Office 2003 Beta Technical refresh (Internet Fax)

I installed the 2003 Beta technical refresh. Now my
Internet Fax dialog does not come up. (From
File/new/Internet Fax). This used to work before
installing the technical refresh. (No errors, nothing...)
I had to install this version as the initial version does
not support pdf attachments
