Office 2003 Beta

When I try to uninstall Office 2003 Beta it uninstalls
everything except Publisher 2003. It gives me a fatal
install error and an I/O thread application is running
and can't uninstall. Any suggestions?

did you install and earlier beta where publisher was a separate install? is
publisher listed in add/remove software?
