I'm trying to install Office 2003 Pro on to a Windows 2003
Terminal Server running Citrix XP

I receive an 'ERROR 1721' Problem with the windows
installer package.

Hi Jim,

You may want to also check with the Citrix folks on
this. Error 1721 from the installer may be from trying
to install when not logged in as administrator, if it's
a terminal server error it can mean insufficient resources.

Are you trying to add the Business Contact Manager or
are you doing an install of Office 2003 Professional
edition production version? Your subject line on the
message appears to be a bit different than the description
in your message.
