Office 2003 cannot open emails from Outlook 2007

I was suprised to find that a user's Outlook 2003 cannot open or replay to
any emails sent from Outlook 2007. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
product and fully updated it, but have not fixed the problem.

Something else is going on, it doesnt matter what email client has been used
to send an email
Is this exchange account?

The user was unable to see the emails. They would appear blank.

The problem was the user did not have permissions to the Fonts folder which
was easily corrected.
