Office 2003--Can't Contact LDAP Directory Server

I just installed Office 2003 Professional and am having a
problem with Outlook.

Whenever I try to open my address book, I get "Can't
Contact LDAP Directory Server (81). After I click the OK
prompt then my address book imported from Office 2000 is
empty.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
