Office 2003 closing problem

When closing office program i get this error. Microsoft Office Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The information you were working on might be lost. Microsoft Office Word can
try recover it for you. if i recover it says word automatically saved changes
to the normal document template. do you want to load it? I tried delete,
rename normal.dot. I don't have norton antivirus. I think the problem started
after installing kaspersky antivirus.

Any Suggestions? Thanks for the help!

I would suggest that Kaspersky looks like the likeliest culprit. But see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/ProbsOpeningWord.htm, which, despite the
URL, can also help in troubleshooting problems closing Word.
