office 2003 conflicted with project pro 2003

After I load Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or word or execl I found I load
Project pro 2003 to connect Project server 2003 failed.However I found other
Pc dont have this problem.
I thought maybe office 2003 be conflicted with project pro 2003.
I want to know if it is a bug,and how to resolve it.
