Office 2003 corrupted, complete reinstall doesn't help....

I have Office 2003 Professional, OEM purchased with Dell. Untill last
month, Offce had worked fine for me since I recieved the laptop nine
months ago. Then I started to get an error message saying winword.exe
couldn't start and a memory location was referenced. I removed Word and
reinstalled. It didn't fix the problem, so I completely removed Office
2003 and reinstalled. Once that was done the problem was fixed, however
with a day it started again.

At first it was only Word, but now none of Office works and a complete
reinstall has stoped working.

I have the current version of Norton Internet Security and I did a full
scan, nothing was found.

I'm suspicous of a plug-in causing a problem, but I was thinking a full
reinstall of Office should correct that, aparently plug-ins are
retained. Is there a way to do a fresh install of Office 2003. Does
Microsoft office support on Office 2003?

If I received a memory location error, I wouldn't think that the Office
program had a problem. I'd suspect a hardware issue - but I could be wrong.
I would write down the error message, letter for letter, and Google for
that. Google rarely ever lets me down.

Microsoft will not help you because you have an OEM version.
