Office 2003 Default paper size

I have been trying to make my system default to A4. Every time that I call
up the printer I am confronted with "Letter" as default. I have set the
printer itself to default to A4. I was under the impression that I had
defaulted Microsoft Office 2003 to A4 as well. I would be grateful for any
assistance. I am using Windows 2000.

Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACT

Open the template from which you are creating the documents and change the
paper size via File>Page Setup. Then save the template. That should fix it
for all future documents created from that template.

If you are just creating blank documents (i.e. using the normal.dot
template), change the paper size as above and click on the Default button in
the Page Setup dialog.
