Office 2003 deployment using GPO

E

Emir

I have Office XP Pro (manually) installed on 50 machines.
Now I'm trying to prepare Office 2003 installation using
GPO. I've made MST file using Custom Installation Wizard
from Office 2003 Resource Kit, and I've set that previous
version of Office should be removed. Everything works
fine, except after Office 2003 is installed, XP version of
Office is still present in the system, even in the Start
Menu. Any idea what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Well I have no problems installing a new Office package,
the problem is that old version remain on the computer
after new Office is installed, even though I've set in MST
file to be removed. Event it 102 or 108 is not logged at
all. Thanks :)
