Office 2003 deployment

Hi, I am testing a deployment of Office 2003 from an administrative install
point. The deployment works fince accept when I try to run PowerPoint. When i
try to run it it launches an install of the program. Word and Excel don't do
this. also, I noticed that when I make the user a local admin PoerPoint opens
fine. Can someone tell me what might be causing this problem? any help would
be greatly appreciated. Thank You,
