Office 2003 deployments

Greetings!

Have some questions for those who have done Office 2003
Upgrades from either Office 2000 or XP.

1.) Office 2003 doesn't have a toolbar. Will the old
toolbar from Office 2000 or XP be around after upgrading?

2.) Trying to configure the Office 2003 Reading Pane in
OPS to no avail anyone have any suggestions?

3.) Haven't had any luck disabling the Task paine in CIW
for Excel, Work, Power Point anyone have any suggessyions?
