Office 2003 E mail Settings Comcast

My outgoing messages are being held hostage in my outbox. When traveling
with my laptop, I am able to receive e-mail but unable to send. Comcast
doesn't support Office. There is a bulletin on their website about the
settings, which I have followed. No Luck.

Anyone else have this problem?
