Office 2003 easy company install

Hello!

I'm planning to replace NT Workstations with Windows XP (at last) using
imaging software norton ghost. There should everything be installed in the
master image including MS Office 2003, on the other hand I don't want to
configure every user. I know how to create a different Default Profile for
XP and tweak things using Policies.

But how do I install Office into the image, default settings integrated?
Every user should have the same settings except the username in Word, the
mailaddress in Outlook...
I can configure those by hand, no problem, but how do I get the default
settings that are the same for every user into the image?

Thanks for every hint!
