Office 2003 expired how do I get 2002 working?

How do I get rid of expired Office 2003

The Office 2003 has expired and most of the services don't work. How can I
get 2002 back working? I tried uninstalling which deleted the entire office
suite.

Yes, you need to uninstall both versions, reboot, then reinstall the old
version.
