Office 2003 from Office 2000 Pro Student Licence- how?

I have Office Pro 2000 Student Licence installed and want to install 2003
version. Can I buy the upgrade or do I need the full 2003 version. I am no
longer eligible to buy a Student licence for2003 version.Thank you.
