Office 2003 Full Version install over Office 2000

Q

QJ

I currently have Office 2000 on my computer. I just purchased Office 2003
Full Version and would like to install it. Would I lose any files/folders if
I install a full version instead of doing an upgrade?

Office installations do not, by design, override your data files created
with previous versions of Office. However, as with all software
installations, it is a good idea to back up your data files prior to
installation. Your .pst file should be fine but copying it to a new
location would be a good idea.
