Office 2003 Help empty

Using Office 2003
When I select a search result in any office programs help I get two windows
pop up.
1. Microsoft xxxx Help (has a blue ? icon) this window is blank
2. HTML Help (has a yellow ? icon) this has the answer

Have lost the single help window options to print, back , etc

Any suggestions
