office 2003 install error

I am trying to install MS office 2003 Enterprise edition
on a workstation that has office XP already installed on
it.

the workstation is a dell GX1 running windows XP Pro.

As soon as the install starts, it crashes and displays an
error:

"The Procedure Entry Point GlobalGree could not be located
in the Dynamic link library Kerel32.dll."

I've searched the KB for this error with no luck... any
suggestions??
