I recently deployed Office 2003 via SMS 2003 to a pilot group of users. The
install failed (various reasons) for three people. The problem I have is
that when they launch any Office XP app after the failed Office 2003 install,
they are prompted to enter the Office XP Product key... why? I can accept
that certain installs will fail, but I can't accept the fact that it asks for
the Office XP product key again? Any ideas as to what can be done to prevent
this from occuring would be much appreciated. Thanks, Dave
