Office 2003 install problem

R

Richard

I installed Office 2003 Pro using the admin account to my
users' workstation. I am able to start any of the
programs, such as Word and Excell, without any problem.

However, when the user tries to start the same program,
they are prompted for the original installation disk.
Since I don't want to have to go back to each workstation
(over 100 WS's), is there a way to keep the program from
prompting the user to load the original CD?

TIA,

Richard.

Hi, Richard,

Did you use the Local Installation Source feature when you installed them,
or did you tell it to remove the cached files?
