Office 2003 install

I recently had to perform a restore on my computer and I am not able to
install office 2003 since I purchased it online. I need to know where I can
go to download the trail version again in order to add my product key or if
there is another solution I would appreciate the info.

Thanks for the attempt but this only lead to support on how to install but
not if the software is lost on a restore. I have my transaction number, order
confirmation number and the product key. What I need is where I can download
the software. Any other suggestions would be a great help.

Umm no - did you not read the bit about LOST MS Software?

I read and the response was as follows:
To receive help from the Microsoft Supplemental Parts team for a replacement
request, you must be in possession of the product

So by not being in possession of the product(lost) I will not receive help.

Thanks, it looks like I will have to bite the bullet and purchase office
again.

You ARE in "possession of the product" - you have a licence key.
The other option is to find someone with the same version (OEM, Retail,
Upgrade etc) and just copy the CD. It's the KEY that is the essential
possession, not the CD. Or you could buy a dodgy version on EBay, but which
would be fully legal with your key.

You are missing the point, all that is necesary is for you to provide proof
of purchase.

On a side note when purchaseing any software via a download it is vital that
you keep a copy of any keys and the actual download/installation file, or
request the 'backup' cd which is allways offered abit at an extra cost.

Also its envariably true that MS software purchased from amazon.com, which
includes the cd, is cheaper than buying online from MS - go figure

After furious head scratching, DL asked:
