On a new PC running Win XP SP 2, I installed Office 2003 Enterprise version
without error. Found, however that when attempting to load Access, dialog box
appears "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Access 2003
Professional Edition 2003" and then closes without loading Access. I've
attempted repair of Microsoft Office without change. I've also uninstalled
then reinstalled Office with the same results. I believe I have a registry
issue but cannot determine where and how to fix. Other Office applications
are running well with no known issues.
