office 2003 installation help, please? Error 1304

I am trying to install office 2003 pro on windows xp,and i
get part way through the installation and it pops up Error
1304 everytime. Please, someone tell me what to do to fix
this???

Assuming that you're installing with Administrator rights
Error 1304 may indicate that your CD needs cleaning or that there is
an issue with the drive configuration.

Be sure that you have shutdown all other software/utilities/antivirus
when running setup of MS Office.
