Office 2003 installation problem

I have tried to install office 2003 student teacher edition several times.
When I want to open outlook I keep getting an error message "business contact
manager has encounter problem" thus I cannot open the program. How can I fix
this problem?

Office Student and Teacher doesn't HAVE BCM AFAIK. Is this left over from a
previous installation or a trial version still existing on your machine?
