Office 2003 Installation Problem

Hello!

I'm installing new office 2003 at work and having
problems. I am actually upgrading from office XP to
office 2003. During the installation, I get the following
error saying "installer terminated prematurely" and then
the following error:

Error 2755. An internal error has
occurred. ...<path>PRO11.MSI ) Contact Microsoft Product
Support Services (PSS) for assistance.

The above isn't an exact quote but it is pretty close.
And I receive the following error message after a long
pause:

"The installer is no longer responding. "

I tried solution recommended in Microsoft Knowledge base
Article 297920 but still the same problem.

Does anyone has any solution as to how to get around this
installtion problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ki,

Can you go to Start=>Run, type
%TEMP%
and from that folder or its subfolder
locate the Office setup logs (.txt) files,
zip them and email them to me?
