Office 2003 installation

I installed Office 2003 on my new laptop and activated it by telephone. Now
every time I start an application it wants me to accept the license. How do I
stop this?

I assume you are foolishly running Hasta La Vista, Baby. You cannot get
rid of this impertinent pop up without accepting the EULA as an
Administrator.

Log in as the administrator and accept it.

an Office program
