Office 2003 issues

Dear Team,

Currently we are facing a problem with some users who reported the problem
which is as below.


1) Unable to attach files.

2) Unable to find scroll bar in MS Word.

3) Unable to save documents in MS Word.

4) When mails are saved in outlook, they are not going in drafts but
directly moving in Deleted folders.

Could anyone plz help me to resolve this issue? Do i need to push some
patches?

This is more than one issue. Please create a separate post for each
issue and provide additional details for each one:

1) In what application? Outlook? What steps are they using exactly?

2) Did you check Tools/Options/View?

3) More details please.

4) Did you check for Rules? If so what else have you checked?

What patches do you already have installed?

Dear Beth,

Thanks for ur reply.
I understand this is more than one issue. but this all happend suddenly.
The issues are coming with outlook, word. If u go to tools and enable the
scroll bar option, next time if u open word it will get disappear...

Anyway i found the solution, it was the problem with an invalid registry
entry which is created by the 13 patch change with McAfee. Clearing that
wrong entry solved my issue.
