Office 2003 keeps asking for eula acceptance on each start up

I have read with interest the various fixes for the EULA problem in Vista.
However, I am faced with the same problem with the EULA showing up each time
when loading Office 2003 into my Windows 7. Can anyone tell me whether the
same regedit methology suggested for Vista will work within the Windows 7
operating system?

The first thing to try is to log in as Administrator and accept the license
agreement; maybe that will force the installation to complete correctly.
