Is the computer asking you to register Office 2003, or is the
computer asking you to accept the End User License Agreement for
Office 2003? If it is the latter, then you should log in to
Windows as the administrator, start an Office 2003 application,
accept the EULA, close the Office 2003 application, log out of
Windows as the administrator, and log back in to Windows with
your normal user name.

g-n-o - I'm surprised at you! Don't tell me you don't know the difference
between registration and activation! ;o)

Sorry you're in such a mood today. Given your knowledge of
activation and registration, it should be apparent to you from
the original question that the problem is neither activation nor
registration, for neither would prompt "Everytime Word / Excel
etc open". Therefore I saw no useful purpose in quibbling over
the OP's use of the term "registration", and instead chose to
reply in the OP's parlance in the interest of effective
communication.
